I called Ben on a Sunday afternoon dead at a gas station. After my call he arrived at the station 40 minutes from hanging up with him . He was able to get my truck started so I could get home. He followed me back after he went and got the part that needed to be fixed. 2 hours later and my truck was fixed. Thank you Ben for your urgency and skill in fixing my truck in a timely manner! Highly recommend

I want to start by saying the mechanic was very pleasant throughout the entire appointment. He came to my home, which I appreciated, and took time to inspect my vehicle. He determined that I needed an alignment based on the wear on my tires and charged $200 for the diagnostic. However, the main reason I called him was because my car was making a high-pitched grinding noise. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to identify the cause of that issue. I later took the car to Grease Monkey, and they immediately diagnosed the problem as an issue with the brakes. After replacing them, the noise was completely resolved. I reached out to the mechanic to respectfully ask for a refund for the diagnostic, as the root issue wasn’t identified. His response was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that he wouldn’t “work for free,” and abruptly ended the conversation. I want to be clear—I would never expect anyone to work for free. I would have been happy to discuss a partial refund, but unfortunately I was not given the opportunity to have that conversation. While I appreciated his demeanor during the appointment, I believe that charging $200 for a misdiagnosis—especially when the issue was someth
